Methodology of Excellence

Acuntia has developed its own methodology for the service delivery. This methodology grows from best practices context, both service management (ITIL, ISO20000, …) and project management (PMI, …), areas where Acuntia has many certifications. However, from that context, Acuntia has grounded and matured those processes and areas that best correspond to the type of services and to the particular circumstances of its customers in these 25 years. And this is how this methodology of excellence has emerged, aimed at combining the savings in time and efforts and the effective and efficient implementation of the best benefits of these best practices.
